This week we will be discussing Law #5 SO MUCH DEPENDS ON REPUTATION | The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene

Greene suggests that a person’s reputation is often more valuable than their actual abilities or accomplishments. A good reputation can make people trust and respect you, while a bad reputation can lead to fear and avoidance. Therefore, it is important to carefully cultivate and protect your reputation.

This week we will continue working on Kote Gaeshi. Kote Gaeshi is an Jujitsu technique that utilizes wrist manipulation to throw an attacker with great force and efficiency. This technique is particularly useful when dealing with an opponent who is grabbing or holding onto you. By learning about the origins, mechanics, and various applications of Kote Gaeshi, you can enhance your proficiency in Jujitsu and become a more adept self-defense practitioner.

This week we will be discussing Red flag #4 – She competes with you | from The Unplugged Alpha by Richard Cooper.

If a woman constantly competes with you, it’s because she thinks she’s better than you, and this will lead to a lack of respect and attempts to undermine you. For a woman to feel satisfied in a relationship, she needs to be with a man who she perceives as having at least 1-2 more Sexual Market Value (SMV) points than she does. When a woman believes that your value is greater, she will admire you instead of competing with you.
