As a man, it’s important to have a strong support system and to surround yourself with like-minded individuals who can help you grow and develop. That’s where we come in. With a space for men to freely discuss local/global current events & other topics of interest.

Our men’s group is designed to provide a safe and supportive space for men to connect, share, and discuss ideas. Whether you’re looking for guidance, a place to speak freely, or just want to spend time with other men who understand your struggles and triumphs, our group is here for you.

What's included with the men's group membership?

  4. Weekly meetings to discuss and delve into transformative literature.
  5. Weekly self defense lessons.
  6. Weekly discussions on women and relationships.
  7. Weekly discussions of local/global current events.
  8. Weekly hikes in nature.

What happens at a group meeting.

  1. Hike to secret dojo location.
  2. Support and accountability for our reading, diet, exercise and relationship goals.
  3. Self Defense training (focused on standing Japanese Jiu-Jitsu techniques).
  4. discuss local/global current events & other topics of interest.
  5. Establish goals for upcoming week.
  6. Hike out.

We offer a weekly meetings, activities and discussions to help men of all ages and backgrounds connect with one another and improve their lives. In addition to our regular meetings, we also offer a variety of special events and workshops throughout the year, covering topics such as leadership, communication, and personal growth. These events provide even more opportunities for men to connect and learn from one another.
