Experienced MMA, Muay Thai and Boxing coach, Anthony Manning. Head Instructor at Phoenix Combat Sports Club, Australia talks about what is MMA. MMA is not a style alone, it is mixture of martial arts. How MMA is now different to Mixed Martial Arts due to competitions and how MMA champions train to be expert at a few systems and themselves don’t do MMA but specialise; usually in one style as a base then they add to that knowledge with another style to suit their fighting style.
